The two involved were St John’s and St George’s, both local Darlington schools. This took place during the half time interval of the 1st XV game versus Plymouth Albion. The crowd for this game was over 1,300.

In a very evenly contested challenge, St John’s came out victorious with a 15pts to 9 score line. There one miss for the day unfortunately bouncing back off the crossbar.

A special mention must go to John Boyd for helping to organise this activity, and to CAG Management Solutions for providing the children with medals and a winner’s trophy.
