As The Northern Echo Arena prepares for Saturday’s National League One encounter against Blackheath, the club would like to share the following information to allow you to fully enjoy your match day experience.
Kick Off Time – Saturday afternoon’s National League One game will kick off at 3.00pm.
**There will be a minutes silence before kick off in honour of Remembrance Sunday**
Opening Times –Turnstiles will open at 2.15pm with the Cross Bar open to all guests from 11am. Doors for guests attending Ladies Day will be open from 11.30pm with food served from 1.00pm. Please note this will be taking place in The Presidents Suite.
Match Tickets – Tickets for the game will be available from the South West Turnstiles or in the Cross Bar from 2.15pm. Tickets are priced at u16s: Free, Concession £8, Adults £10; Queenie+ & Queenie Members gain free entry while Club+ Members receive a reduced rate of £8. (Membership Cards must be shown at Turnstile)
Stadium Access – Supporters may enter the ground via the South West Turnstiles or the Cross Bar. Supporters can only access the Stadium with a valid Match Day ticket. Anyone without a Match Day ticket will be turned away.
Security – Match Day stewards will be situated around the ground from 12.00pm.
Bars – Supporters bar/food outlet facilities are available in the South West concourse. These will be open from 2.15pm until the final whistle.
The Cross Bar will be open from 11am until late.
Crossbar pies and beef sandwiches will be available from 12 noon.
The Penthouse Bar will open from 12.00pm.
Ladies Day – Doors to Ladies Day open at 11.30am with a selection of stalls as well as a chocolate fountain and a photo booth.

13.00 – Main Meal Served
13.35 – Blind Date will commence
14.00 – Dessert Served
14.20 – Raffle Draw & Prizes
14.30 – Ladies Day finishes
Guests at Ladies Day will have access to our private boxes following hospitality
Entertainment – The Severn Performance Company Dancers will be performing their usual pre-match and Half-Time routine.
There will be a HT Competition taking place – listen out for announcements from our Match Day announcer for further details.
Mascot – Saturday’s Mascot is 6 year old Natalie Holmes. Natalie’s favourite players are Simon Uzokwe and big V. She has a big V hand knitted doll complete with crazy hair. It will make Natalie’s season to lead out the team. Natalie finds it particularly funny when her daddy jumps up and down in the stand whilst cheering the team on.
Programmes – Official Match Day programmes will be available to purchase priced at £2 – Inside the programme will be a 20% off food voucher for Bella Italia Darlington – Make sure to pick up yours
Post-match entertainment – Anyone wishing to continue their day after the final whistle can head to the Cross Bar where we will be showing England v South Africa from earlier in the day.
Parking – There is plenty of on-site parking available at The Northern Echo Arena, with over 1200 spaces available.
Public Transport – Anyone not planning to drive to the game can utilise either the bus or rail service.
Club Shop – The Mowden Park club shop, will be open in main reception from 3.00pm until 6pm.
Pitch Access – Spectators must keep off the main Arena pitch at all times.
Other - Why not come a little earlier on Saturday and whet your appetite for the main event by watching the first half on the back pitches?
