Mowden return to the Arena in Round 2.

Rotherham Titans are the visitors on Saturday in DMP's opening home game of the 2024/25 National One season. This weekend's opposition started the season with a win against Rosslyn Park last weekend, and will provide another tough test for Garry Law's side.

The Titans return to National One for the first time since 2020, following their promotion from National Two North last season. Rotherham pipped Leeds Tykes to the title following a neck and neck battle that went down to the wire. They have made a promising start on their return to the third tier, with a 31-21 win over Rosslyn Park on Round 1.

Mowden meanwhile came away empty handed from a testing trip to Rams on opening weekend, and will be looking to get their first win on the board this weekend. DMP handed debuts to 7 players last time out, with many of those set to make their first home appearance on Saturday.

Looking ahead to this weekend's game, Forwards Coach Joe Cain said: "Rotherham are coming off the back of a great win Vs Rosslyn in the first round of the season. They looked to have recruited well during the summer and have a very good squad this year."

"We are excited to be back at the Arena in front of a home crowd this weekend and that’s something we’ve talked about to the lads this week and how important it is we start well at home. We are looking to put things right after our first game against Rams, and very much going all out for a win this weekend."

Tickets are available priced at £15 for adults, £10 for club members and £5 for Under 18s. DMP Junior Members and Under 5s go FREE. All tickets are available to buy online here.
