DMP Sharks are delighted to announce the signing of Lucy Winter for the remainder of the 2022/23 Allianz Premier 15s season. The Scottish international joins the club ahead of Saturday’s home game against Bristol and will be available for selection for the Round 11 clash. Asked about making the move to DMP, the back-rower said: “I'm feeling lucky to be given the opportunity to join such a hardworking and determined group and to be back playing my rugby in the AP15s. I have found the support and coaching to be excellent, putting myself in this environment will certainly boost my development as a player.”

Having made her full Scotland debut against Italy in 2018, Winter brings further international quality to the Sharks pack. The 27 year-old will be familiar with the Premier 15s having previously represented Sale Sharks, and Performance Manager Mark Luffman was pleased to be bolstering his squad further with her arrival: “We’re delighted to welcome Lucy into the squad. She’s a quality player with a great range of skills and she’ll add even more depth to the back row position.”
