Darlington Mowden Park have made 4 changes to their starting XV for tomorrow's National One game against Cambridge. All of the changes come in the pack, as Jordon Poole and Ralph Appleby both return to start in the front row alongside Alfie Barron. Talite Vaioleti starts alongside last week's Man of the Match Joe Craggs at lock, while Dave Fisher returns to the matchday squad to start on the blindside flank. George Stokes and Ollie Hodgson round off the pack at 7 and 8 respectively.

Mowden's backline remains unchanged, as Matt Dudman and Warren Seals continue their partnership at half back. Ben Frankland once again starts at 13, having scored a brace of tries in last weekend's game against Ampthill, alongside Garry Law at inside centre. Callum Mackenzie, Ollie Walker and Chris McTurk complete the starting 15.

Amongst the replacements there is a return for prop Scott Westwood, who provides front row options along with Jake Brady and Matt Heaton. Scrum half Maia Gibbs also returns, with Shaun McCartney also covering the backs.
