The rearranged third round Allianz Cup fixture between the University of Worcester Warriors and DMP Sharks, scheduled to be played on Saturday 18 March, has been awarded to Worcester.

DMP Sharks confirmed they would be unable to field a team due to a lack of available players and therefore were not able to fulfil the fixture and both clubs were immediately informed of the decision to postpone the match.

The Disputes Committee met and decided to award the fixture to the University of Worcester Warriors who are awarded five league (pool) points.

The match result will be recorded as 0-0.

No further penalty will be applied to DMP Sharks.
