Darlington Mowden Park RFC

This is the homepage of the DMP Lizzies Ladies Touch team! We are currently recruiting women & girls from 16+ to join our growing team. Training is taken by qualified DBS certified coaches ensuring all players pick up all the skills and techniques in a safe and structured environment.

We cater for ladies of all abilities, from absolute beginners to those that are experienced. We fulfill fixtures against other North East clubs and participate in festivals and tournaments across the country. Check out our fixture page for updated fixture list.

Training -

Thursday 7.15pm-8.30pm

All training will take place on the training pitches behind the arena. Games are played on Friday evenings, please keep an eye on our website for up to date fixtures.
